This product took a few months to come in, due to pandemic-related restocking issues the company was experiencing. Their customer service team was communicative and checked in with me a couple of times a month regarding the status of the item, new expected shipping dates, and options for changing my order. Once the bench arrived, I was glad I'd waited. It's great quality and exactly what I was looking for! There was some quick and easy assembly with clear instructions. I would definitely order from Furnishings Center again!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. I HAVE CALLED 4X ALREADY AND KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE BASES. AND YOU SEND ME A SURVEY ASKING HOW WAS THE SERVICE ETC AND MY ORDER WAS FULFILLED 14 DAYS AGO.

Paid for, have sent 3 e mails when will it ship and when will I receive it, No response. Could be a scam
